I've spent years building and leading engineering teams across startups and scale-ups. My work sits at the intersection of technical decisions and business outcomes — the place where choosing the wrong architecture or the wrong first hire can cost you 12 months.
When I'm not doing that in my day job, I work with a handful of founders and engineering leaders who need someone who's been in the trenches: someone who can help them move faster, think more clearly, and avoid the mistakes that aren't obvious until it's too late.
I'm available for fractional CTO engagements, advisory, and architecture reviews. I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can actually be useful.
